Madness

Working retail on the busiest shopping day of the year is madness. That's all. I have to shower and eat. Ah, yesterday - so much food!

Happy Thanksgiving

It's Thanksgiving and I got a fake turkey, I totally thought it would suck but wanted to try it. I just had a bite of it. SO GOOD!! And all the side dishes... we're eating without my aunt and uncle, which is good. Tonight we're all going for pie... I wonder if some of my friends want to get some hot chocolate afterwards... is there anywhere we can, is the important question. Well now I'm off to set the table etc.

Suprise, suprise

So yea, I want to get a ride from someone that I know is also going from school to it. We'll see how that goes... save gas yea rock on environment. I feel better then I did this weekend. I'm not so sick. Wednesday will be fun I hope. I cannot wait until Thursday, I got my Tofurky just today.

I should have told you

Guess what? I love songs with cow bells in them, yes I do. Well I worked: Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday and I already have about 15 hours in! So yay. But it tires me out, I guess I'm not use to it yet. So I work on Friday (5-9) and Saturday (10-2). Hmmm we'll see how that goes. Tomorrow's the Faint show... I can't wait. And Friday I don't know... I kind of want it to be a coffee night with Angie and maybe some knitting... but I'll plan more of that on Thursday during the knitting meeting. Also the ARC meeting is Thursday... not so sure what will go on at it. It's late start tomorrow = no hw tonight. Score. I actually don't like that word. You know what else I don't like? My fifth period. I can't wait for the semester to be over, then I'm outta there. Stalhbush has been getting so grumpy lately. Well I'm full and tired.... maybe a nap. I have no idea. Well I'll update on tomorrow's happenings a little later.

Firefox 1.0 launched

The web browser I've been using for a little over a year now is finally complete. It's been a long ride and I've seen some great improvements, so here it is. The final release of Mozilla's Firefox. If you don't already have it I highly recommend downloading it, giving it a try, customizing it, then ditching Internet Explorer forever like i did. Firefox is great, here are some great key features. Another thing is you can truly make it yours by adding extensions to it that add functionality. Also Firefox users now get a special Google search, something I've never seen Google do for any other organization. So yes go check it out now. As for my life, I got offered a job at American Eagle yesterday, I have to go in this week to fill out paperwork, but it should be fun working there at the holiday time. Well I'm going to the first ARC (Animal Rights Club) meeting this morning for just a second and then getting some coffee.

The Great Phoenix Party

Angie and I went downtown last night. Our city's monthly art walk was going on. Anna didn't want to go, so she once again missed the fun she could have had. But yea there were tons of people down there, lots our age, a lot of alcohol, drugs, and hipsters to tie it all together. I got this rad beanie for only $6, Angie got one too so we match. We wanted to see more people that we knew, but at least we ran into someone i knew. Yay for run ins. Hmmm I got the hot chocolate I wanted all night long, it wasn't as good as I had hoped for. But what can you do? Today Angie and I are going to go to some Phoenix thrift stores to see what we can get, although I'd rather go to Omaha for that but again what can you do? So it's time to get this show on the road, first stop: the bank to put in some birthday money that I'll use today and tonight. I just remembered tonight is the Hellogoodbye show, I forget every second after I remember about it. If that made any sense, let me know. So yea I want a shirt I saw on their website a while ago, I hope they have it there for cheap (as in $10-$12).
