This week was rough. I feel like each stress on my mind is a Katana. In essence I have swords stabbing my brain from all directions.

So this week was, to say the least, turbulent at times. But I made it through, and I know I'll be able to pull it off. I hardly worked though, but that was expected since I was still settling in. Changing my major was the best thing I could have done. I've taken a few pictures that I've posted as a Flickr set.

Last year I became use to text messaging during class if I needed to. I'm switching my stance on that - and while I'll probably be able to check the messages when I get them, I'm not responding to any during class. Of course I am writing this during a class, but I just had to write this down somewhere.

Forget being held hostage after spending over half a grand on an iPhone. I totally can't wait to get my new HTC Vox. It was two-thirds the price of an iPhone. I haven't had a new phone in almost two years.

I've always been fascinated by Asia, especially peaceful Japan. The more I read about the content, the more interested I am becoming. There's a lot going on over there. Sustainable growth could really benefit the people and nations of Asia. And ASU has a lot of strong projects going on in China. Just saying.

Yesterday an Arizona building got LEED Platinum certified for the first time. A building I'm in daily: Biodesign's Building B. I actually work in Building A - which is gold certified. It's a very high designation; one of only five gold facilities in the state. Exciting!
